I am currently away on vacation and will not be publishing new articles from April 10–20.

In the spirit of practicing the very nervous system regulation I write about, I am taking some time offline to rest and recalibrate. While the weekly articles are paused, the “Daily” series is still active on TikTok and Lemon8. So does the archive-building project.

I’ll be back soon to continue our deep dive into the latest research dispatches and field notes. Until then, I hope you find some time for your own version of “rest and reset.”


The weekly article will be paused for the most part in May 2026.

There is a major update to the Wellness category: a stronger focus on sharing information about mental health and providing actionable self-care strategies. This adjustment is rooted in a more focused, clearer positioning. Rather than exploring holistic practices such as acupuncture or Reiki, I would like to share more information in the areas where I have actual expertise and experience.

I have considered collaborating with practitioners, but there is no concrete plan yet. I do firmly believe in holistic practices, but there is a gap between believing in them and curating information.
